The building's exterior, where refined glass and steel come together in harmony, holds a precision as though touched by an artist's hand. Light as delicate as a single sheet of handmade paper caught in the wind flows into the interior, seeming to push its way past the plain walls. Van Gogh's Sunflowers, hung on one wall, draws the eye at once — the sun within the canvas glimmers softly and gently, as if steeped in sunlight itself. Behind it rests Togo Seiji's Nostalgia, quiet and still, within whose landscape time seems to flow slowly. The building's central space feels alive even amid its stillness, creating an atmosphere where Impressionism and modern art seem to intersect. Within this space, visitors come to realize that art holds a power that goes beyond sight alone, stirring emotion and feeling.
