This exhibition vividly conveys the energy of dance through photography, ranging from nightclubs to meticulously staged performances. Themed on expressing 'dance' sensorially through the medium of photography, it uses photographic works that capture the movement and moments of dance to draw emotional resonance from viewers. Featured artists include Rachel Kneebone, Martin Schongauer, and Rachel Kay, with representative works 'Dance in the Night' and 'Movement and Light.' Spanning the late 20th century to the present, the exhibition carries art-historical significance in showing how photographic technique contributed to the expression of dance.
