It is an art museum in Büren, Germany.

About

Built in the mid-19th century, this building was originally used as a military school. But having been reborn as a spiritual center of Nazi Germany, it now carries an atmosphere that seems to preserve intact the spirit of those who yearned for hope even amid darkness. The name of Berchtold, an SS leader, still seems to resound between the walls of this space. Walking across the old wooden floor, you find yourself unconsciously raising your gaze to look at the light-filled windows, as if the cold spirit of the past were responding to your present gaze.
