Climbing the long staircase that follows a quiet, mountain-lodge-like exterior, a space steeped in the deep sentiment of Tibet slowly unfolds. Light descending along the walls reflects the red hues of the thangka paintings, and a fragrance drifting through the air, as if faintly itching, quietly moves visitors' hearts. Amid an atmosphere where the faded patterns of the mani wheel seem to allude to hope, and the robes of Lama monks seem to flow forth, time follows the mysterious voice of Tibet. Amid a stillness where the quiet gaze of the Buddha statues seems to watch over visitors, the roots of Tibetan culture are keenly felt. Steeped in this atmosphere, the space offers a feeling as though, with a single step, one is exploring a map of the distant Tibetan mountains.
