This place, once envisioned as a 19th-century middle-class garden, has preserved intact the sentiment and dignity of that era, becoming today a cradle of time embracing books, paintings, and flowers. The pages of incunabula, recording the first stage of printing, still seem to rustle gently in the wind, as if unable to forget their untouched coral tones and gold leaf. Walking along a gallery built of old brick, the mood of letters that began with the birth of typography resounds quietly, blending with the light. As a breeze brushes between the bookshelves, seeming to pass lightly over the printed pages, within this slowly continuing flow of time, handwritten lines and printed rows hold their breath together. Beneath the shade of trees in the garden, this very moment feels as though it touches the breath of the past.
