Upon opening the door and stepping inside, the low curve of the ceiling seems to gently envelop visitors. The artifacts lined along the walls sit quietly, as if carrying forward a flow of knowledge that has long since fallen silent. In particular, the air flowing among the relics donated by the Choi Han-gi family feels as light yet deep as the breath of the Silhak scholars themselves. The exhibition space is no mere display but a tunnel of time where past and present intersect, leading visitors forward step by step. The light falling over the artifacts imbued with the spirit of Silhak seems to unravel their thoughts into illumination.
