The pavilion-shaped steel roof, its exterior seeming to pour out sunlight, looks as though it has captured the summer weather of Provence in full. Light descending between windows that stretch up to ceiling height seeps in like a breeze along the glass-covered floor. Visitors walk through a space that seems to embrace the warm outdoor air just as it is. The works hanging on the walls, like silently read poems, awaken in visitors the language of Provence and the flow of nature. Images born from Mistral's poetry fill the exhibition hall, and his language, carrying the landscape within it, blends with the light to leave behind a lingering atmosphere that never fades.
