Built for the 1937 International Exhibition, this building was originally a space for the study of anthropology, but over time it became a journey exploring culture and the origins of humanity that went beyond its original purpose. Visitors linger among ancient artifacts, accompanied by a breeze brushing past the curtains, facing the origin of existence on this earth. Light flows slowly over the collections of cork, stone tools, and iron beads, and the texture of these objects and the flow of light follow the visitor's breathing. The history of anthropology seems to hold its breath beneath the soft lighting, and the moment spent here becomes a space where past and present intersect.
