As you open the door and step inside, thanks to light filtered through earth and stone, the interior feels warmly wrapped even in darkness. As your steps fall along a garden lit delicately by sunlight, intricate drawings and sculptures from the ancient world come into view. Walls of intricate red and gray putty-story finish call the ancient world to mind, and a vivid sense continues of sinking into a courtyard where violets and grass grow. At the end of the circular hall, soft lighting reflects the faint glow of ancient Egyptian relics, appearing almost as if you could smell it. The gaze of an animal carved somewhere, seeming to follow the visitor, guides you into an unfamiliar time.
