This is a space where the traces of Nagai Michiko lie quietly settled within the scenery of the city of Kamakura. Light seeping through the gaps of a building made of wood and stone flows slowly over her writings. Throughout the exhibition hall, the magazines she edited and books filled with memories stand quietly, and the heat of historical fiction and the warmth of reading fill the air. Visitors fall into an atmosphere as if following the course of her life step by step. The space flows gently, like a stream of memory surrounding the reader, and with every page turned, it offers a sense that past and present touch.
