Walking through Umyeon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, a space reveals itself along with the faint rattle of an iron door. Behind it stands a building where black roofing and walls blend together, letting one feel, in a rare, tranquil frame, the inherent weight of metal. Here time does not simply flow but is carved down as though shaped by fingers tracing metal's texture. The language spoken by metal, cold yet warm, carries not only the flow of traditional craft but also the echo of light reinterpreted through a modern lens. Visitors linger in a silence that seems to swallow the past and present of handmade objects, as if tracing the craftsman's touch.
