About the Exhibition

Savina Museum of Art presents Zilla Leutenegger's solo exhibition Supertrouper: The Survivors in the Special Exhibition Hall's 3rd and 4th floors from May 2 to August 16, 2026. This exhibition turns the gaze of the 'supertrouper' — the intense spotlight that brightly illuminates a specific subject on stage — toward beings that usually remain outside human attention, such as endangered animals or abandoned dogs. Zilla Leutenegger's first solo exhibition in Asia presents original works combining drawing, monotype printmaking, video, and installation. A total of 14 works, including paintings, sculptures, and installations, are on view, and as visitors move between the two floors, they discover an audiovisual flow in which the different media connect and expand organically. The exhibition is supported by Pro Helvetia, with cooperation from the Embassy of Switzerland in Korea and Peter Kilchmann Gallery.
