2026 Suwon Museum of Art — Art Space Gwanggyo Educational Exhibition: Stack One, Take One Away

About the Exhibition

This exhibition, presented by the Suwon Art Space Gwanggyo, begins from two creative rules: 'addition,' the act of collecting and building something up, and 'subtraction,' erasing and twisting the familiar to see it anew. It unfolds the works of Park Mina, Eom Jeongsoon, and Noh Sangho, who observe and record the world, alongside the works of Noh Sangho and Rowa Jeong, who erase common sense. In 〈Left Foot, Then Right Foot〉, proposed by the choreographer-architect duo Mu:p, visitors move back and forth between hurdles and a single-log bridge, transforming into designers who forge their own new paths. This exhibition offers the experience of a world built by stacking rules, and another world that is revealed only once something has been taken away.
